By accessing or using DrTori.com, InfluenceEveryDay.com, HypnoticGiftsBook.com, PersuasiveParent.com, RookieDoctor.com, or any related websites, applications, assessments, booking pages, or services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Influence Everywhere, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any of our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, coaching clients, event attendees, newsletter subscribers, assessment participants, and any other persons accessing the Site or engaging with our services.
The Company provides the following services and products, which are each subject to these Terms:
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, course materials, assessment instruments, frameworks (including the Core Influence Framework™, SFPC™, and related models), card deck content, newsletter content, and software, is the property of Influence Everywhere, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from the Company.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site, including but not limited to Influence Everywhere, Core Influence Framework, SFPC, Hypnotic Gifts, Chart Farts, and related marks, are owned by the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark without prior written consent.
The Company offers self-assessment tools via ScoreApp and other platforms. These assessments are educational and informational instruments designed to increase self-awareness. They are not clinical, diagnostic, psychological, or medical evaluations.
Assessment results are generated based on your self-reported responses and are intended as a starting point for personal development, not as definitive measurements of ability, competence, or psychological status.
By completing an assessment, you consent to the collection and processing of your responses and contact information as described in our Privacy Policy. Assessment data may be used in aggregate (de-identified) form for research, product improvement, and marketing purposes.
Coaching and consulting services are governed by separate engagement agreements between you (or your organization) and the Company. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreements.
Important: Coaching and consulting services provided by Dr. Ed Tori and/or Influence Everywhere, LLC are not therapy, medical advice, psychological counseling, or legal advice. Dr. Tori is a licensed physician (DO, FACP) and certified hypnotherapist (CHT), but coaching and consulting services are provided in his capacity as a professional speaker, trainer, and communication consultant, not as a medical provider. No provider-patient relationship is established through coaching or consulting.
Results from coaching and consulting vary. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income levels, career advancement, or relationship improvements. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material.
Speaking engagements, workshops, and related services are governed by separate speaking agreements between the Company and the booking organization. Fees, cancellation policies, recording rights, travel arrangements, and technical requirements are detailed in individual engagement contracts.
Event attendees are subject to these Terms with respect to any materials distributed, recordings made, content delivered, or follow-up communications arising from the engagement.
Print newsletter subscriptions (including Influence Every Day and any future print publications) are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, except as required by applicable law.
By subscribing to a print newsletter, you provide your physical mailing address for fulfillment purposes. This address will be used solely for newsletter delivery and will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Physical products (books, card decks, and related materials) are sold as-is. Shipping terms, return policies, and any applicable warranties are disclosed at the point of purchase.
Digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are delivered via Kajabi, GoHighLevel, or other platforms as specified at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Your license to access digital content is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, distribute course materials, record or screen-capture paid content, or resell any digital products without written permission.
The Company makes available an AI-powered conversational tool (currently hosted via Delphi AI) that has been trained on Dr. Tori’s content and frameworks. This tool is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The AI clone is not Dr. Tori. Responses generated by the AI tool are automated and may contain errors, omissions, or statements that do not reflect Dr. Tori’s views. The AI clone does not provide medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Use of the AI clone is at your own risk.
You agree not to:
The Site integrates with and relies on third-party services including but not limited to: Kajabi (course hosting), ScoreApp (assessments), GoHighLevel (CRM and email automation), TidyCal (scheduling), Stripe (payment processing), Delphi AI (AI clone), Meta/Facebook (advertising and pixel tracking), and podcast distribution platforms.
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
THE SITE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, ASSESSMENTS, AI TOOLS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THAT ASSESSMENT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE; THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE CORRECT; OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
