Individual assessment results are confidential and will not be shared with third parties (including your employer or event organizer) without your explicit written consent.
Assessment data may be used in aggregate, de-identified form for research, efficacy measurement, marketing (e.g., “Participants improved by an average of X levels”), and assessment improvement.
If your assessment was taken in connection with an organizational coaching engagement, aggregate (not individual) results may be shared with the sponsoring organization unless otherwise specified in the coaching agreement.
